Story
It is set in the present day at night-time. The location is inspired by British Columbia’s Pacific coastline and mountain ranges, which is where the Haida natives live. The story is about a timeline of man and animal traveling to the same location to find salmon. The bear and man start from opposite ends of the book and meet each other in the middle. How I’m going to demonstrate this idea is using the Dos-à-Dos binding structure, which is two separate books bound together.
The story is about respecting boundaries and be kind to nature and nature will be kind to you.
